CONCLUSION
Durante el tercer trimestre del embarazo o el puerperio la aparición de crisis convulsivas, asociadas o no con déficit neurológico, pueden ser secundarias a una complicación cerebrovascular.
En tal contexto, la posibilidad de angiopatía gestacional reversible debe incluirse en la lista de diagnósticos diferenciales.
