ECR opens its scientific doors - present from home

Have you got hot scientific material you would like to share with your international colleagues, but your busy time schedule prevents you from attending ECR 2005? No problem! ECR offers you the possibility of submitting an electronic EPOS™ presentation without being actually present at the meeting itself. This opens up a wide opportunity for those who for one reason or another do not have the chance to personally attend the meeting to participate in ECR’s scientific activities and to share their scientific achievements and contributions with their colleagues. Please note that if you would like to benefit from this new opportunity, you will have to submit a regular abstract by September 18, 2004. Subject to the acceptance of your abstract, you will be able to upload your presentation to EPOS™.

Having uploaded your presentation to EPOS™ you can decide to either register regularly to ECR 2005 or to choose the relevant “present from home” fee. As opposed to the regular registration fees, the “present from home” fee will not be increased after each early registration deadline.

The “present from home” fee of EURO 180.- (incl. VAT) for members and EURO 300.- (incl. VAT) for non-members will be available until February 11, 2005. The fee for Radiographers is EURO 120.- (incl. VAT) and can only be granted upon confirmation of this status by the head of department (to be sent to the Registration Service at the ECR Office or via Fax to: 0043-1-533-4064-444)

Who should be registered?

To benefit from the advantage of the “present from home” fee, it is necessary that either the first author or the presenting author is registered.
